I would say to try barkeepers friend. It is pretty amazing at the things it removes. Good Luck!

I got rid of the marks on my Corelle using <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Reckitt-Benckiser-REC-00750-Cleanser/dp/B000BOJ934" rel="nofollow">Zud</a> (an abrasive cleaner), a green scrubbie, and a lot of elbow grease. Worked for me!

I have a product made by Pfaltzgraff that supposedly removes those marks and it's worked well for me on my dishes. I think it's similar to Barkeeper's Friend, which I would like to try sometime.

Oh! I'm so sorry to hear that this was pointed out to you. The food will cover those marks right up! If you still love the plates, I would not worry about the knife marks for one second longer.

I realize that it could have been kids or hubby that pointed the marks out, and I hope that is the case. I sincerely hope it wasn't a friend!

I do hear that goo-gone can work wonders for things, but it does leave a residue that would have to be washed thoroughly.

Best of luck - I really like your plate pattern!
